Who is this program for?
This program is dedicated for the ones who want to lose weight or simply desire to learn making healthier choices that will later become habbits. Trainings will differ from one week to another and difficulty level will gradually increase. Each video that you will receive weekly will include a series of exercises for all muscle groups.
