It takes 21 days to create a new habit. Comprehensive and balanced, with no physical restrictions, suitable for both women and men, AB HABIT is a month-long program that will help you create a new, healthy lifestyle to meet your long-term goals and maintain your results.

TRAINING

12 different videos from week to week. These will include cardio, weights, HIIT (high intensity interval training), stretching and an exercise package for various physical ailments.

NUTRITION

12-week nutrition plan that can be customized in 3 variations: Standard, Meatless or Lactose-free. You’ll learn how to monitor your nutrition and create your own food combinations that will help you maintain your weight and muscle mass after the course ends.

MOTIVATION

Whatever new habit you want to learn, you need motivation to keep going and keep up the pace. The AB Habit program will not only help you burn calories, but also keep you on track until the end. You will learn how motivation works, how to control it and how to use your resources to achieve the desired result.

All exercises can be done at home, equipment needed is minimal

4 weeks of full meal plans (main meals + snacks)

Who is this programme for?

This program is for those who want to lose weight or simply learn to make healthy choices that they can then turn into a routine. The workouts will be different from week to week and the level of difficulty will progressively increase. Each video, which will be received weekly, will have a series of exercises for all muscle groups.
The program is a standard one and my recommendation is to train 3-6 times a week.
