NUTRITION
12 weeks of carefully thought-out meals for two, balanced in terms of calories, vitamins and micronutrients. As a bonus for this programme you will receive the suggestions for a healthy and balanced diet in the 3rd trimester.
BREATHING
Mindful breathing exercises that will strengthen your back, pelvis, lower back. All so that you are in full control throughout the whole pregnancy.
When should I follow this programme?
The first trimester of pregnancy is difficult and demanding, with fatigue, nausea and discomfort. This is why it is recommended to start the programme in the 2nd trimester. It is certain that the programme can be continued in the last trimester of pregnancy as long as you get your doctor’s permission, with the changes to the programme consisting of less strenuous, shorter workouts and a seasonal diversification of nutrition.
