Povestea mea

I want to share my story with you to show you that nothing is impossible as long as there is passion, determination and vision.

I was born in 1987 in Targu Mures and I am part of a beautiful family with an older sister and a younger brother. I can say that I had a wonderful childhood, living in perpetual harmony with nature. It was my mother who encouraged me to take up a sport, seeing how energetic and flexible I am. Thus, at the age of 4 I was becoming a little ballerina, and my departure to Deva at only 8 years old to start competitive gymnastics was natural and welcome.

The time I spent in Deva away from my family (from an early age) helped me both in building a strong character and a clear vision of the future I wanted. There were of course many hard moments, there were times when I wanted to give up but thanks to the support of my family and my desire to overcome my condition, I continued. As a result, we have had the chance to participate and win numerous national and international competitions.

However, when I was 19 years old, I had to give up gymnastics but not sports, fortunately, because of a shoulder injury. That's how I felt it was best I firmly believe that everything that happens to us is for a reason, whether we understand the "why" in the moment or years later. Having had to reinvent myself, I started working as a fitness trainer and developed a passion for accumulating knowledge about nutrition and training programs.

Everything I studied I tested on myself first, then applied to the clients I was working with and in this way managed to considerably increase the value I offered them. At the same time, I started to participate in fitness competitions, succeeding in being declared winner of Miss Fitness Universe 6 times.

Probably the most memorable victory of the 6 was in 2019, when our first child Rareș was only 9 months old, because we realized that we humans have much more strength and determination than we sometimes think.

And to make my family complete in every way, in the midst of the pandemic madness of 2020 I gave birth to Ana, the blessing that would bring us joy, hope and new horizons. Over the years the programs I have designed have been successfully used by athletes, fitness enthusiasts or pregnant women, and I am now ready to help you achieve your goals.
