I know the biggest challenge for many of you is the start when it comes to the goal. So I thought I’d come to your aid with my top 5 tips:
Motivation for an active life!
1. FIND THE PLAN THAT SUITS YOU
Change requires patience and commitment.
Even if you often feel that it’s hard to get where you want to go, if you have a plan that you follow step by step, you will see the progress that will guide you to be more and more determined. Results don’t come overnight and it takes patience, awareness and commitment. The plan that suits you means the plan that is tailored to the conditions you have, but especially to your goal. #startnow
2. DEFINE YOUR OBJECTIVE
One thing is certain: You need a goal! When you set your goal, it helps you stay more motivated and focused on what you set out to do. So you see. Already things are linking together. 🙂 What did you say you want most from yourself? #setyourgoal
3. ADD SOMETHING MORE TO YOUR TRAINING ROUTE: “spice up your training”
Sometimes you get bored with the workouts you’re used to. Try combining different exercises that test your limits. You can also find some great ideas on my YouTube page. A few extra accessories or simply a few different combinations of exercises will definitely take your workouts to another level. Often, the salt and pepper of a workout can also come from a great playlist, or even a workout partner. Look for that something, which will make you go further but also give diversity to your training. #spiceupyourtraining
4. BE OPEN TO NEW EXERCISES
New exercises are certainly a challenge for all of us. Whether we are talking about running (miles run, , speed, distance) strength exercises, hiit, or yoga, Pilates, flexibility or recovery. All of these will make you stronger and you need to include a little of each in your routine. Try something new to accelerate your progress and start today. #domore #yesyoucan
5. DON’T LET “a break” MAKE YOU GIVE UP YOUR GOAL
If you’re forced to take a guard off from training, don’t let it become a habit. Good results don’t happen in a short time, and you need to stay connected to your goal in order to achieve it. Don’t give up on what you set out to do. Remember that you are in control and you are responsible for your actions. #keepgoing
